5th Annual Erik’s Tournament for the Heart

Location: The Refuge Golf Club

Tournament Format: 4 ball scramble
Erik’s Tournament for the Heart was set up to rasie funds for Minneapolis Children’s Heart Clinic through Children’s Hospitals of Minnesota. All the proceeds from the event go directly to Children’s Hospitals and Clinic for helping families of children with heart disease.
Schedule of Events
11:00 am – Registration
1:00 pm – Shotgun Start
5:30 pm – Social Hour, Cash Bar and Silent Auction
6:30 pm – Dinner with Awards
Silent Auction/Raffle
A Silent Auction and Raffle will be held after the tournament, so come prepared to bid on some great prizes. If you’d like to donate an item for the auction or raffle, please contact Kevin Olson at (763)238-8379 or Janel Olson (763)238-7691.
Tournament Entry
$100 Entry fee per person before June 14th, 2013
$125 per person after June 14th, 2013
The price of entry includes the round, a cart, use of the practice range, a door prize, and a dinner with a raffle and silent auction.
Social Hour and Dinner Only
Don’t golf? Join us for the social hour, dinner and silent auction that follows the tournament. $45 per person gets you a ticket for this event.
Tournament Format
The field is limited to the first 144 players returning the registration form and entry fee. The tournament format will be an 18 hole 4 ball scramble.
Weather Note
Every effort will be made to play the tournament. Should bad weather cancel the golf, the social hour, dinner and silent auction will be held as scheduled.
